Happy New Year! I hope you enjoyed the holiday season and had a great start to 2026!
Let's take a moment together and think about where we were on our health journeys in January 2025 versus where we are now. How has this year unfolded for you? What surprised you? What changed?
As we're all setting intentions for 2026, I know how overwhelming it can feel to add one more thing to your plate. So let's make this simple. We're going to create your wellness roadmap together and help you choose just one starting point. Not another overwhelming list of resolutions—just one meaningful place to begin that will create real, lasting change.
Looking Back to Move Forward
I started this newsletter in May 2025 after years of struggling with my own health and realizing so many of us were facing the same challenges. Together, we've covered a lot of ground:
We started with ingredient labels—because we can't make good choices without reading what's actually in our food.
We explored gut healing—because it's foundational to everything else.
We tackled food cravings—to understand it's not about willpower.
We balanced blood sugar—to address energy, mood, and weight struggles.
We eliminated hidden toxins in cookware and fragrances—because healing isn't just about what goes into our bodies.
Here's what I've learned after covering all these topics: they're not separate issues. They're all connected.
Your gut health affects your blood sugar. Your blood sugar affects your hormones. The toxins in your home affect your gut. Your stress affects everything.
So where do we start in 2026?
The good news: anywhere. Because improving one area creates a ripple effect in all the others.
