I've loved hearing from so many of you since our last newsletter about choosing your wellness focus for 2026. I'm so encouraged by what you're sharing and love to see your progress on this journey!
What You're Focusing On
So many of you mentioned it was helpful to see each area broken out clearly—sometimes all of this can get overwhelming, and having it laid out that way made it easier to pick a starting point. I'm so glad!
Many of you are starting with blood sugar balance—especially after the holidays left you feeling the energy crashes and cravings. We could all probably use a refresh!
Others are diving into gut health, ready to finally address those digestive issues you've been dealing with for too long. I've had so many of you reach out loving the Silver Fern products!
And quite a few of you are tackling toxins—swapping out products and asking for more recommendations. I love this!
Wherever you're starting, I'm cheering you on. Remember: one area, one change, and then we watch for the ripple effects.
Your Questions Answered
Here are a few questions that came up:
"What if I want to work on multiple areas?" I get it—once you start learning, you want to do it all. But here's what I've learned: focus creates momentum. Pick one area, get a few wins under your belt, and then add the next piece. You'll actually make more progress this way than trying to overhaul everything at once.
"How do I know if what I'm doing is working?" Give it time. Most changes need at least 2-3 weeks before you notice shifts—whether that's more stable energy, better digestion, or fewer symptoms. Keep a simple note on your phone about how you're feeling each week. You'll be surprised when you look back.
"What if I fall off track?" You just start again. That's it. No guilt, no shame, no "I've ruined everything." Progress isn't perfection—it's just getting back on track one more time than you fall off.
What's Coming in February
Next month, we're talking about the foundation that affects literally everything—your energy, your digestion, your ability to detox, even how your body handles stress.
And no, it's not just about drinking 8 glasses of water a day. There's a missing piece most people don't know about.
